An academy built by people who get audited

We teach the part of compliance that actually gets checked, because we have been on both sides of the table.

Why we started

Most compliance training in the region is a slide deck read out loud. It produces a signature on an attendance sheet and nothing else. We wanted sessions where a participant leaves with a filled-in template, a decision tree for their own role, and a certificate an auditor can verify without a phone call.

Every programme is rebuilt after each cohort, using the questions that came up. That is why the catalogue changes shape a few times a year.

How a session runs

  • Short framing of the regulation, no full text read-outs.
  • Two or three real cases, anonymised, discussed in groups.
  • Templates filled in during the session, not handed out after.
  • A knowledge check that decides whether the certificate is issued.
  • Recording and materials in your cabinet for twelve months.
