Privacy policy

This page sets out which personal data we process, on what basis, and for how long we keep it.

We process name, email, phone, company details and booking history. The basis is performance of the contract, and consent for the announcement subscription.

Card details are never stored on the site. Payments are processed by Flitt and the site receives only a status and a transaction identifier.
