Refund policy

With more than seven days' notice before the session we refund in full, or move the booking to another date at no extra charge.

Inside seven days the booking can be moved once and the fee is not refunded. Substituting a participant is free at any point.

If we cancel a session the fee is returned in full within five working days, to the same card.
